Join our team as a Merchant Enablement Specialist and play a critical role in supporting our sales team and merchants. You’ll facilitate smooth onboarding, provide essential training, and offer ongoing support to maximize merchant success on our platform.

What you will do:

  • Provide onboarding assistance to actual or new merchants;
  • Monitor merchant performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Communicate regularly with merchants to provide support, offer guidance to enhance their sales performance;
  • Maintain and update merchant records and tracking interaction;
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams;
  • Provide merchant feedback to Product teams to help improve the merchant user experience.

What you can't do without:

You are the perfect candidate if…:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in merchant support/sales support or similar role;
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • You have good command of English (both written and spoken) and you are speaking Romanian on a native level;
  • You have experience with Google Suit (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and CRM Softwares (preferably with Salesforce or MiniCRM);
  • You own the following soft skills:
    • Analytical mindset,
    • Goal-oriented approach,
    • Team player personality with strong collaboration abilities.

It would be advantageous to possess…:

  • Familiarity of e-commerce platforms (marketplace or SaaS environments);
  • Gained experience in e-commerce;
  • University degree in economics/business.
