What Will You Do?
Define, implement and monitor the SEO strategy
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page/off-page optimization in collaboration with our product and content teams
Analyze website performance with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush, identifying improvement opportunities
Lead and mentor the SEO team, setting priorities, providing guidance and ensuring goals are met
Drive unpaid traffic using search engine’s CSS feeds programs
Manage our ASO efforts to improve the desirability of our mobile apps. Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices to keep strategies relevant
Collaborative Projects:
Align the Marketing and Web Development teams around delivering high quality, optimized content, technical SEO improvements (incl. speed site and structured data).
Work with BI team to analyze and track SEO performance and coordinate with Performance Marketing team to maximise overall search visibility
Follow SEO & ASO trends, evaluate and implement new tools and platforms for the SEO team
Contribute to cross-departmental projects like website redesigns, app launches & updates, or international SEO/ASO strategies
Experiment with emerging opportunities like voice search optimization and AI-driven SEO tools
What Do We Expect From You?
Proven Expertise: Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO & ASO principles, as well as search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and advanced knowledge of structured data, site architecture and schema markup
AI and Automation Savvy: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, keyword research, and process automation
Content and Marketing Knowledge: Experience optimizing content for diverse search types (voice, local, mobile-first)
Leadership Abilities: Strong track record of mentoring teams, managing multiple projects, and aligning strategies with business objectives
Communication and Collaboration: Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Languages: Proficient in English and another language (C1 level).
