Your Role:

As a dedicated Product Manager you need to oversee products related to content processing and administration, including the downloading and processing of merchant data and the administration of product catalog components. This role involves stakeholder management for feedback and prioritization, leveraging analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do:

  • Data-driven decision making: Use data-driven insights to justify proposals, conduct effective product demonstrations to highlight value propositions, maintain key health metrics to assess performance, and analyze metrics to prioritize changes and optimize features for company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and collaborate with development teams: to ensure alignment on project objectives, streamline communication, and drive successful execution of initiatives;
  • Product strategy: to guide the product's vision, prioritize features, align with business goals, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones;
  • Manage product backlog;
  • OKRs setting;
  • Track progress and report;
  • User feedback and testing;
  • User training and onboarding;
  • Market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Management;
  • Experience with stakeholder management;
  • Confident speaker of English language in both oral and written;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Agile mindset and experience with Scrum methodologies;
  • Technical background is considered a plus.

Nice-to have requirements:

  • Knowledge of product discovery techniques (SVPG);
  • Gained experience at e-commerce/online company;
  • Skills in analytical tools;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and programming.
