Our Product Design team’s mission is to make the experience of people using Heureka group’s products consistently wonderful! We achieve it by building bridges between business and user’s needs and creating simple and valuable solutions which efficiently address real user’s problems  and wishes.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in 9 countries, including Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the final product meets both user expectations and business goals.

  • You are curious about the real user’s problems.. That’s why you interact with them continuously. You consider fast idea iterations and user testing as a better approach to your daily work than having long “academic” discussions about whose idea is the best. You drive your decisions by data and professional expertise instead of feelings;
  • You agree that designing and delivering ideas without testing them is the most expensive and the longest way of doing things and achieving outcomes;
  • You don’t fall in love with our first idea; you rely on strong discovery insights, which reflect the real needs and problems of our users and business;
  • You always want to learn new things.

What you will do:

  • Work as a Senior Designer in our team focused on B2B partners, handling projects such as marketplace, PPC, credit management, dashboards, and overall administrative solutions. Your designs will enhance the user experience for our B2B clients while aligning with our business goals;
  • work closely with the product manager and a team of developers on team/gang/company goals, and cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and successful outcomes;
  • you will be responsible for making a proper discovery to find the right insights, problems and based on that creating the best possible solutions;
  • you will prepare design assets in Figma (Interaction design, UI design, visual design) based on usability and value testing and using UI libraries;
  • with other designers you will be the guardian of UI consistency across all of our products;
  • you will challenge and support your team and stakeholders to set the right goals and contribute to the achievement of the goals;
  • you will also be part of the Product Design team, which is operated in 3 countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia).

What makes you the perfect candidate?

First of all, you are always willing to learn and grow with us. If this describes you and you also tick some boxes of the following, we are looking for you!

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer;
  • You have experience with prototyping and designing using UI libraries;
  • You are proficient in Figma;
  • You have a good understanding of data;
  • Speak at least B2 level English (we are an international team and English is our primary language);
  • Great communication and cooperation skills;
  • as a person you possess the following soft skills:
    • easygoing team player,
    • friendly personality,
    • product thinker.

What will help you:

Furthermore, you are an exceptional candidate if you have experience in any of the following:

  • Experience with user interviews and quantitative testing;
  • E-commerce experience;
  • Basic FE knowledge.
