We are looking for a skilled Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate key financial projects across the Packeta Group. You will drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, support process harmonization, and oversee cross-functional projects involving finance, sales, customer care, operations, FP&A, controlling, and tax teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project & Change Management across Finance Functions:

  • Lead and support various finance-related projects across multiple departments, including sales, customer care, operations, FP&A, controlling, and tax.
  • Drive the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics across the group to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.

Group Accounting & Compliance Support:

  • Support the harmonization and standardization of financial processes and policies across all group entities.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining consistent financial frameworks.
  • Coordinate with accounting teams and external advisors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Finance Governance & Outsourcing Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with outsourced finance providers to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing financial projects, ideally involving ERP implementation, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Good understanding of finance processes across various areas, including accounting, FP&A, controlling, and tax.
  • Experience with ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) and Czech or Slovak required.
  • Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
