Senior Project / Product Manager is an important position reporting directly to COO.
What You'll Do:
- Product Development & Management: Oversee the design, development, and lifecycle of innovative warehouse and logistics software that aligns with Packeta’s mission to get things done efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify practical solutions that enhance real-world operations, embracing both evolutionary tweaks and revolutionary transformations.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that consistently impress the customer.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze operational challenges and opportunities, transforming insights into actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Project Leadership: Lead logistics and transport initiatives with precision, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality results.
- Radical Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and bold honesty to implement cutting-edge technologies and be radically honest in identifying improvement areas.
- Exceed Expectations: Deliver products and solutions that truly surpass client needs and inspire trust.
Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain, ideally in product or project management.

- Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills like Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Polish are a plus.
