We're a Czech company leading in solar energy in Europe and Latin America. Our power plants operate successfully in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, Romania, and Chile. We are headquartered in Prague and Santiago, but our company is rapidly expanding, with employees in Greece, France, Serbia, Spain, Romania, and Colombia.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team in Madrid as Business & Administrative Support. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with experience in administration and basic accounting, who thrives in an autonomous working environment and communicates confidently in English.

You’ll be supporting local administrative and financial operations while staying in close contact with our HQ and external suppliers.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing: receiving, verifying, registering, and tracking payments.
  • Communication with suppliers: resolving questions, following up on outstanding payments, collecting documentation.
  • Liaising with HQ: coordinating with other departments to request information or resolve issues.
  • Providing general administrative support to the local team.
  • Assisting with accounting tasks: purchase orders, expense review, basic reconciliations.
  • Maintaining documentation: organizing financial records, templates, and databases.
  • Project support: keeping project documentation up to date, preparing reports and documents, following up on action items.

Who we’re looking for?

  • University degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, including invoice and supplier management.
  • Native-level Spanish + fluent English (minimum C1).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to follow through on open tasks.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Accuracy and reliability in administrative and financial tasks.
