Foxpost, a member of the Packeta Group and one of the leading players in the logistics and parcel delivery market, is looking for an experienced Shift Leader for its depot in Fót.

This position is ideal for a results-driven, hands-on mid-level manager with a strong background in logistics, lean operations, and team leadership.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of parcels in a fast-paced environment, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for our new team member to join our warehouse in Fót as a Shift Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the daily work of warehouse staff.
  • Planning and optimizing warehouse resources.
  • Analyzing warehouse performance and preparing action plans for efficiency and operational improvements.
  • Performing system-based administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Handling and labeling packages.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations.
  • Continuously evaluating warehouse-related KPIs and proposing development and optimization measures.
  • Shift work schedule:
    • Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis skills.
  • Reliability, precision, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and helpfulness.

Advantages:
