What is this role about:

  • Helping with the preparation and management of monthly and weekly reporting dashboards. 
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to validate data and define key metrics. 
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
  • Communicating with various departments (and sometimes the CEO) about financial and performance data.
  • Getting to know systems such as Pohoda, W-flow, MetaBase.

The finance team is where the whole company intersects and we know exactly what's going on. We are not an obsolete finance team, we are technologically ahead (we use AI - e.g. w-flow invoice extraction), we are creative in our approach to reporting. When it makes sense we create non-standard reporting e.g. use a new form or create a completely new process. We have no problem with this and we are not afraid of innovation.

What you should know/posses:

  • Interest in the financial world.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
