What is this role about:

  • You will be responsible for the conversion rate of the website, the average quantity in order and usage of key features: watchdog, reviews etc…
  • You will take care of the check-out, cross-sell and upsell, user account, product discovery.
  • Team of developers at your disposal, ready for new tasks and features to be implemented.
  • There is always room for improvement. Find it and come up with a proposal. There might be some issues and bugs that need fixing. Find it and come up with a solution.
  • What might be the challenge here? A complex in-house system, with a lack of resources and a great involvement of our CEO.

Ideal profile looks like this:

  • You are experienced in B2C e-commerce sector and have been in this environment for at least 3 years (so you had the opportunity to observe, try it yourself and fail)
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You worked with any analytical tool (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau)
  • You don't need special incentives or a big team. You can roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes. You know it's your responsibility and you really enjoy your job.

Programs and tools we use:

  • Power BI reporting, Google Sheets, Google analytics.
  • Figma, Notion, MetaBase.
  • Internal systems.
