Every day, we send around 22,000 books to new homes and gain thousands of new customers — figures we plan to double within this year. We're among the top 10 fastest-growing tech startups in the CEE region and we are still growing. €4 million from our latest funding round will help us on this journey.

You’ll be at the heart of the action, have a clear view of everything going on in the company, and create reporting that truly supports decision-making and actually makes sense!

What you can look forward to:

• A creative approach to finance – You won’t just maintain data. You’ll transform it into something meaningful and actionable.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing weekly and monthly reports that help guide decision-making, including the comments on individual indicators.
• Collaborating with the data team to validate and ensure the accuracy of our data.
• Creating metrics and dashboards for different departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Top Management).
• Supporting top management with analyses and ad hoc requests.

• Initiative and accountability – You like to bring in new ideas and take responsibility for your work.
