Bookbot is a recommerce platform operating in four countries, having already sold over 10 million books. Every day, we sell around 20,000 books and receive slightly more. These are numbers we aim to double every year.

We are among the 10 fastest-growing tech startups in the CEE region, with a number of awards on our shelves and big expansion plans in Germany and across Europe. In 2024, we secured a €4.5M investment to accelerate our European expansion.

We are looking for a skilled Senior PPC Specialist

To drive our international revenue growth through performance marketing.

What you will do

  • Set up advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, Sklik, etc.) and continuously optimize them in all countries we are in (CZ, SK, AT, DE, soon FR, ES, IT, BE, NL)
  • Manage the performance marketing budget (currently around €313K/month), which may triple in 2025.
  • Discover and test new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a small but highly efficient performance marketing team.

About you

  • Proven success in leading PPC campaigns, with quantifiable results.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Persistent in getting things done, even when faced with challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Experience working in an internal performance team, not just agencies.
  • Fluent in English.
