Bookbot is a recommerce platform that operates in 4 countries and has already sold over 5 million books. Every day we sell around 15,000 books and receive a little bit more. These are numbers we want to double every year. We are among the 10 of the fastest growing tech startups in the CEE region, we have a number of awards on our shelves and big plans in Germany and the whole Europe.

We are looking for an extraordinary PPC expert. To drive our international revenue growth via performance marketing.

What will you do

  • Revenue & Cost Management: You will be responsible for revenue growth and will have a strong influence on the overall marketing budget, which will be around 5-10M€ in 2025.
  • Hands-on work: This is not a role where you create the strategy and juniors from agencies do the execution. Here, you develop the strategy and execute it largely on your own.
  • Explore New Revenue Streams: Discover and test new opportunities.
  • Leading of a small efficient team: We certainly don't want you to spend all your time in meetings and development conversations because we expect your greatest skill is deep analytical work, but a small team could be necessary.

About you

  • You are the best out of the best, and you are looking forward to proving it during the hiring process.
  • Strong analytical skills and strong business thinking.
  • Persistent in getting things done, even when faced with difficulties.
  • Your goal is not to manage a huge team with a fancy title, but to create a huge value.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce performance marketing
  • No side projects, consulting, etc. We need an all in player.
  • Fluent English.
