Country Manager (Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France or Italy)

Bookbot is a recommerce platform that operates in 4 countries and has already sold over 5 million books. Every day we sell around 15,000 books and receive a little bit more. These are numbers we want to double every year. We are among the 10 of the fastest growing tech startups in the CEE region, we have a number of awards on our shelves and big plans in Germany and the whole Europe.

We are expanding to other European countries and are looking for a local customer advocate for each country. We are looking for Country Managers for the following markets: Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Italy.

What will you do

• Be the advocate for your country's customers within our company, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.
• Ensure that our website for your country is running smoothly, up to date and the copywrite is correct.
• Responsible for customer support 9am-5pm workdays at the country
• Develop relations with influencers and journalists
• Manage and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (e.g., bookmarks) to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer experience.

About you

• Fluency in the language of the country (Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch). Level C2 is a must.
• Kind and customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• We have overall budget of 70.000 CZK (2 780 EUR) + bonuses. As the contry grows so does you.
