E-commerce Product Manager

Bookbot is a recommerce platform that operates in 4 countries and has already sold over 5 million books. Every day we sell around 15,000 books and receive a little bit more. These are numbers we want to double every year. We are among the 10 of the fastest growing tech startups in the CEE region, we have a number of awards on our shelves and big plans in Germany.

What awaits you here

• You will be responsible for the conversion rate of the website and the average quantity in order.
• You will take care of the check-out and cross-sell.
• You will have developers available for your product development
• Everything else will be up to you. Finding what the problem is, how to solve it, creating tickets, coordinating development and finally measuring what impact it had.
• You will have to deal with a complex in-house system, with a lack of resources and the great involvement of our CEO.

What is needed

• You have experience in B2C e-commerce and have worked there for 2 years (so you had the opportunity to see, try and fail)
• You have strong analytical skills, it is an advantage if you can code something yourself (e.g. Python, SQL, R is enough)
• You have experience with any analytical tool (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau)
• You don't need special incentives or a big team. You can roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes. You know it's your responsibility and you really enjoy your job.
• You want to work in the office where all the action is. You want to be in direct contact with the people you work with.
