Bookbot is a recommerce platform that operates in 4 countries and has already sold over 5 million books. Every day we sell around 15,000 books and receive a little bit more. These are numbers we want to double every year. We are among the 10 of the fastest growing tech startups in the CEE region, we have a number of awards on our shelves and big plans in Germany.

What will you do

• You will determine the vision and development strategy of the entire Knihobot/Bookbot website for all countries where we operate (.CZ, .SK, .DE, .AT, .COM)
• You will lead the product department, including product managers, designer and team of developers
• You will ensure that our customer will also buy books they did not know they were looking for.

Who you are

• Experienced product person with several years of e-commerce experience.
• You worked at least 2 years in one company (so you had the opportunity to see, try and fail).
• Knowledge of web analytics tools is a must, technical background is a great advantage.
• More of a growth hacker than a designer.
• A person with a flair for excellent customer experience.
• A partner who understands that Knihobot is not only selling, but also receiving books from customers.
