We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Presales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and clients to deliver tailored technical solutions that align with business objectives. As a bridge between technical and sales functions, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful project implementation.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle
- Design, develop, and deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
- Analyze customer business needs and align them with appropriate technical solutions
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns about the product or service
- Prepare and deliver detailed RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals
- Provide guidance on product implementation, integration, and best practices
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive products
- Support post-sales teams during the handover phase to ensure seamless deployment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
What do we expect?
- Proven experience in a technical presales or solutions consultant role - Banking / Financial, healthcare or automotive area
- Strong technical background with expertise in - Clouds, Cyber security or Data analytics (any of those).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business solutions.
- Experience with solution architecture, POC development, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent English
- nice to have:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and presales processes
- active German knowledge
