We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Presales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and clients to deliver tailored technical solutions that align with business objectives. As a bridge between technical and sales functions, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful project implementation.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle
  • Design, develop, and deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
  • Analyze customer business needs and align them with appropriate technical solutions
  • Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns about the product or service
  • Prepare and deliver detailed RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals
  • Provide guidance on product implementation, integration, and best practices
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive products
  • Support post-sales teams during the handover phase to ensure seamless deployment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction

 

What do we expect?

  • Proven experience in a technical presales or solutions consultant role - Banking / Financial, healthcare or automotive area
  • Strong technical background with expertise in - Clouds, Cyber security or Data analytics (any of those).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business solutions.
  • Experience with solution architecture, POC development, and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluent English
  • nice to have:
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and presales processes
    • active German knowledge
