About

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on application maintenance and support for Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft applications. Potential candidate will be part of the existing application administration and maintenance team / service supporting significant pool of users of internationally recognized customer. Main focus is L3 & L4 support throughout the lifecycle of Microsoft applications and related end user software.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Microsoft technologies
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft application configurations and updates
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of Microsoft-based systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft application processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on Microsoft applications

 

What do we expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft applications
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience with Microsoft application maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent English
  • nice to have:
    • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate)
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting
    • Familiarity with cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft Azure
