Your role

We are looking for a Microsoft Information Protection Engineer to join a project of our client from the energy industry based in Germany. You will support an ongoing implementation of Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) across the whole organization.

 

The role includes:

  • collaboration with the project team to plan and execute the implementation of MIP across the organization
  • providing technical guidance and support to users during the transition from S/MIME to MIP
  • configuration and management of MIP policies, labels, and settings to ensure proper information protection
  • assistance in the migration of existing S/MIME-protected content to MIP
  • troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to MIP implementation and usage
  • development of user documentation, guides, and training materials for MIP
  • monitoring and reporting on the progress of the MIP implementation and s/MIME phaseout

 

What do we expect?

  • you have experience in working with certificates and encryption technologies
  • you are experienced with M365
  • you have knowledge of Microsoft Intune and its integration with information protection solutions
  • you are certified for Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate certification (Microsoft) - can be gathered in first 2 weeks of project
  • you speak English fluently
