In this role, you will lead our compliance agenda and ensure that our activities across countries meet legal requirements, internal policies, and company values. If you have a strong background in compliance management, a deep understanding of regulations, and the ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership – this role is for you.

What will be your role?

  • Leading the compliance and legal agenda across the organization, including oversight of regulatory and legal risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and EU legal frameworks, supporting contract governance and legal documentation.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in both compliance and legal matters, ensuring consistent and effective interpretation of regulations.
  • Managing and resolving internal and external complaints, supporting the establishment of transparent, well-documented resolution processes.
  • Handling internal incidents and implementing efficient internal control mechanisms.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, legal teams, and external regulatory bodies.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:

  • Experience in a similar compliance role, ideally in an international setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in insurance or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, regulatory reporting, and control mechanisms.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills across organizational levels.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
