Policy Administrator Specialist with Bulgarian

We are looking for a new Junior Policy Administrator Specialist to join our international team in Prague, to coordinate administrative process with our Bulgarian customers.
What will be your role:
- Policy administrator in the company systems
- Partners invoicing and administration
- Partners onboarding process
- Partners commission statements generation and administration
- Partners and customer documentation generation and handling.
- Customer service on BG phone lines and email addresses and administration
- Banking statement and payment transactions administration
- BG office back up

You might be a perfect fit if you:
- Speak Bulgarian at a native level
- Have a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Have strong administrative abilities and are detail-oriented
- English proficiency at least at communication level, Czech language is an advantage (not required)
