We are looking for a new Claims Adjuster to join our international team in Prague, to coordinate the claims handling process with our Bulgarian customers.

What will be your role:

  • Communication with customers, who hold our insurance and need to report or resolve vehicle damage (80% telephone contact).
  • Guiding clients through the full claims settlement process - from claim reporting, registration in the internal system, explaining individual steps, and compiling required documents for claims adjusters.
  • Online administration and archiving of documentation.
  • Damage assessment, handling of the settlement process, closing of the case.
  • Verification of estimates and invoices

You might be a perfect fit, if you:

  • Speak Bulgarian at a native level
  • Have technical knowledge of motor vehicles
  • Have a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
  • Have strong administrative abilities and are detail-oriented
  • English proficiency at least at communication level, Czech language is an advantage (not required)
