We are looking for a new Cloud Systems Engeneer to join our international team in Prague.

What will be your role?

  • Management and configuration of Azure environment – virtual machines, storage, and networking
  • Monitoring performance and costs, identifying savings and optimization opportunities
  • Administration and support of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Working with permissions, security, and identities in Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Administration of basic network components – VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls
  • Monitoring availability and troubleshooting outages
  • Working to ensure infrastructure stability and security
  • Comprehensive administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Onboarding and offboarding – from account setup to MFA configuration
  • Defining and enforcing security policies to keep everything running smoothly and under control
  • Providing support to colleagues with everyday IT needs (laptops, printers, mobile devices… you know the drill)
  • Installing and managing systems and applications
  • Handling more complex issues – either solving them yourself or coordinating with external support
  • Working with the helpdesk system – tickets, SLAs, documentation
  • Collaborating on improving internal processes
  • Having space to suggest and implement improvements where things aren’t working perfectly

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:

  • Microsoft certifications, such as:
    • Azure Administrator Associate
    • Azure Solutions Architect
    • Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
    • Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools
  • Understanding of network infrastructure (DHCP, DNS, VPN, firewall)
