We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including user support, network configuration, Azure resources, and virtual desktop administration. Your focus will be on maintaining high performance, robust security, and compliance across our IT environment while identifying and driving strategic improvements in IT operations. If you excel at solving complex challenges, streamlining IT processes, and delivering exceptional support, this role is for you!

What will be your role?

  • Provide expert support for hardware, managing installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot complex user issues, coordinating with vendors for advanced support, and mentoring junior IT staff in issue resolution and service standards.
  • Provision, optimize, and document Azure resources while monitoring usage and costs.
  • Manage Azure Virtual Desktop, handling provisioning, access, performance, and security updates
  • Design, manage, and secure network solutions (firewalls, VPNs, wireless access), monitor performance, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Oversee the IT ticketing system

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:

  • Extensive experience in IT administration with a focus on user support and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, and Azure resource management.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration.
  • Knowledge of network solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
