We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Software Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide both technical leadership and hands-on support to our development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Leveraging your expertise in the OutSystems platform and Azure Web Services, you will drive project direction, solve complex technical challenges, and foster a collaborative team environment. What will be your role?

  • Lead and mentor the development team, offering guidance and technical expertise.
  • Actively participate in application development, providing hands-on assistance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead development and management of applications on the OutSystems platform, optimizing for performance and reliability.
  • Manage and configure Azure Web Services, including web apps, databases, and resources, while maintaining security and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of technical processes, solutions, and best practices for team reference.
  • Maintain and implement DevOps best practices and use of tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, etc.).

  • Proven experience as a technical leader or senior developer, with a background in web application development.
  • Expertise with the OutSystems platform for developing, deploying, and managing applications.
  • Proficiency in Azure Web Services, including provisioning and configuring web resources.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, guiding and supporting the development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of handling complex technical challenges.
