We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Service Process Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our international service operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our customers and technical teams.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate and facilitate service technician visits abroad, ensuring smooth communication between customers and our technical teams
- Share best practices and provide training to colleagues abroad
- Work closely with the global team of process engineers
- Actively participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with the service contract specialist team to ensure proper updates to service contracts and maintenance plans
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Advanced English skills (100% of your daily written and spoken communication will be in English); French or German is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay engaged even with repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
- Experience with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement (we’ll be happy to train you)
