Purpose of the job:

Compressor Technique Service division is constantly looking for ways to increase the value of its products and services and deliver the best customer experience. In line with this strategy, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will play a key role engaging with contracted customers, strengthening relationships and increasing the customer share.

Accountabilities:

  • Firstly, it is important to response fast on customer enquiries and requests. But not only that.
  • Call/visit and mainly answer the email customers in a regular basis to understand it's business, processes and build solid relationships and send the leads to external sales people as a marketing dispatcher through C4C.
  • You should build on the customer share with other products and services, follow up on quotes, be confident to set up and drive online meetings.
  • Work to achieve 100% connected machines in the compressor room and make sure that customers are registered in internal systems.
  • Work to achieve 100% serviced machines in the compressor room. i.e. Include other machines into existing service plans (competitor, filters, etc).
  • Find new business opportunities.
  • Work together with the sales engineers, building customer-oriented proposals.
  • Coordinate and work together with operations, marketing and other related departments
  • Follow up all contracts over the lifetime, making sure that we are delivering what was promised and that customers can see the value of our solutions.

Our main requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or related roles will be a big plus.
  • Fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
  • An education preferably marketing, administration, or engineering degree.
  • A knowledge of Office 365, SAP, experience with calling, answering customer needs.
