We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, enhance financial controls, and deliver high-quality reporting at our London office. This is your chance to bring fresh thinking, challenge convention, and make your mark in a team that values both precision and progress.

What will you do:

  • Accounting & Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with local GAAP and Allwyn standards
    • Oversee monthly/yearly closings, balance sheets, and statutory reports
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Coordinate audits and statutory filings
    • Support timely tax and VAT returns
  • Process & Transaction Management
    • Maintain general ledger integrity and reconciliations
    • Oversee payments, expenses, and purchase controls
  • Budgeting & Tax Projects
    • Assist with annual budgets and tax initiatives
  • Process Improvement
    • Propose and implement efficiency improvements
  • Team Leadership
    • Support and develop team members

What do you need to succeed?

  • BSc in Accounting/Finance or related field; ACA, ACCA, or ACMA qualified
  • 8+ years’ hands-on experience in complex business environments
  • Strong knowledge of local GAAP (FRS102), IFRS and tax preparation
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Hana is desirable)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and people management skills
