Transformation Lead

Join Allwyn as a Transformation Lead and drive our Group-wide transformation working closely with senior executives across markets to deliver measurable impact, scale best practices and accelerate our global growth story.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage multiple transformation projects and workstreams at Group, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders and shareholders (KKCG).
• Build and validate business cases with Finance, and track benefits realization across Group and Operating Companies (OpCos).
• Support governance standards and ensure consistent project execution across markets.
• Engage and align stakeholders across functions and geographies, facilitating workshops and supporting change management activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring appropriate contingency and escalation processes.

What do you need to succeed?

• 5+ years in project/program management or 2+ years in management consulting
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience managing complex, multi-country projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English (other European languages are a plus)
