Group Risk Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Group Risk Manager to join our team:

What you will do:

• Design and implement the Group Risk Management Framework across EU and US operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Advise Group functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, People & Culture) on identifying and managing risks in line with the framework.
• Drive alignment and standardization of risk practices across Operating Companies, promoting a strong risk culture and awareness.
• Support senior leadership and the Board with risk strategy, appetite definition, and reporting on the Group’s risk profile.
• Monitor key risk indicators and collaborate with risk owners to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and represent the Group in external risk management networks.
• Work closely with Finance, Internal Audit, and other control functions to manage enterprise-wide risk.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics / Finance / Risk Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Relevant qualifications/certifications
• 5+ years of risk management work experience in risk management / internal audit, with strong project management and implementation experience
• Risk management experience, including the design and rollout/integration of complex frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Expertise in all type of risks and relevant risk mitigation practices
• Knowledge of Lottery and Gaming sectors an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex requirements into clearly understood guidance, and communicate to senior stakeholders and organization leads
• Excellent command of English
