Learning and Development Coordinator (Part-time)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator (part-time, 20 hours/week) to support the management and continuous improvement of our learning platforms.

What will you do:

  • Oversee daily management of our learning platforms, including user account administration, course enrollments, content uploads, and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Monitor platform usage, generate reports, and support learning strategy development with data insights.
  • Provide user support by helping employees navigate the platforms and troubleshooting their issues.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and eLearning workshops, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure learning content is current, accessible, and high quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning workflows, automate manual tasks, and enhance the overall learner experience.
  • Assist the Learning & Development team with organizing, administering, and delivering various learning programs across the organization.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – you’ll use it daily.
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Education, IT, or a related field.
  • Interest in eLearning, digital tools, and AI.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and great communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (like Udemy, Moodle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data.
