Learning and Development Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team, with a particular emphasis on learning platform management. This role will be responsible for the smooth administration, continuous improvement, and user support of our learning management system (LMS) and associated eLearning platforms. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring our employees can access and benefit from high-quality digital learning resources and will partner with stakeholders to optimize learning access and delivery across the organization. 

What will you do:

1.  Learning Platform Administration: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of our learning platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and timely resolution of system issues. 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, course enrollments, and content libraries within the learning platform. 
  • Regularly monitor platform usage, run analytics, and produce reports to inform learning strategy and track engagement. 
  • Coordinate updates, integrations, and upgrades by collaborating with IT and external vendors. 

2.  Digital Content Management: 

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning materials and courses. 
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards and is accessible to all users. 
  • Liaise with internal teams and subject matter experts to curate and update learning resources. 

3.  User Support and Training: 

  • Serve as the point of contact for end-user support, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Develop eLearning user guide resources and manage the rollout of workshops by our eLearning providers to empower employees in navigating and making the most of our learning platforms. 
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation and support trainers and facilitators in delivering effective learning experiences. 

4.  Process Optimization: 

  • Identify opportunities to improve learning workflows and automate manual processes within the platform. 
  • Stay current with eLearning trends and propose enhancements for platform functionality and learner experience. 

5. L&D Team support 

  • Support the design and delivery of learning & development programs – administration, cooperation in planning, organization and settlement. 
  • Coordination with teams across the organization (P&C, Events, Comms…). 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Fluent English – professional written and spoken – you will use it daily.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Passion for eLearning and AI, and proven experience in learning and development, training coordination, or in similar role.
  • Familiarity with administering learning management systems or eLearning Platforms (e.g., Udemy, Workday, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Team player, connecting, collaborative and focused on solutions.
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
