Group Integrated Communications & Traffic Manager
Allwyn is looking for Group Integrated Communications & Traffic Manager who will coordinate the integrated communication workload and ensure smooth delivery of brand, communication, PR, media and digital activities across the Group Brand team. This role acts as the internal traffic manager for campaign and activation-related requests across disciplines.
What will you do:
1. Strategy
- Understand the end-to-end structure and operating model of Group Brand team, including marketing communications, PR, social, digital, web and media.
- Translate business and brand priorities into structured communication and activation plans, identifying dependencies across disciplines.
- Monitor volume and capacity to support resource planning and workload forecasting.
2. Implementation / Execution
- Own the intake and coordination of all briefs and requests coming into the Group Brand team (e.g. campaign activations, ARG communication, event support, strategic initiatives).
- Plan, track and update project timelines and ensure alignment with project owners and deliverable owners across the brand, digital and media teams.
- Coordinate multi-channel execution workstreams and ensure key dependencies and deadlines are met.
- Maintain visibility of all ongoing and upcoming projects and manage their effective handover into delivery.
3. Operations
- Implement processes and tools for intake, tracking, and prioritization of requests (e.g. content calendars, integrated planning boards, dashboards).
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks to timelines or resource conflicts early to leadership.
- Keep a clear overview of internal bandwidth across key teams and ensure communication work is allocated efficiently.
- Ensure project documentation, briefs and delivery plans are maintained and regularly updated.
4. Stakeholder Management / Collaboration Across the Group and with Markets
- Act as the central point of contact for coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Media, Digital, and local market teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Group Brand Directors and their respective teams.
- Support markets by helping them navigate the internal planning and request process efficiently.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies where relevant to ensure integrated planning and delivery.
What do you need to succeed?
- At least 10 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, project coordination or traffic management.
- University degree, preferably in marketing, communication, media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, planning processes and cross-functional campaign execution.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows across brand, media, digital, and PR teams in international environments.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident in using workflow and project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent or Native English.
This position will be based in Lucern, however frequent travel would be required approx. 30% of the time (mostly across Europe).
