Allwyn Group, focused on lotteries, aims to help raise more funds for good causes. We are seeking a Security Architect who will report directly to the Group's Information and Cyber Security Director. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the group’s security programs, security architecture, and providing advisory support for cloud platforms. Additionally, they will assist the headquarters IT team in ensuring secure operations. We are looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity expert, capable of working in an international environment, who is willing to travel and is a results-oriented team player. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of cloud security and be hands-on with at least AWS and Microsoft Office security features.

Job Description:

  • Design, build, and maintain secure systems and applications for Allwyn Group.
  • Develop strategies to protect system infrastructure while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Cloud Security best practices and blueprints for AWS or Azure.
  • Design robust security architecture for group IT projects.
  • Conduct system security and vulnerability analyses, as well as risk assessments.
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to address them.
  • Ensure the architecture and security systems align with business goals and requirements.
  • Research, design, and advocate for new technologies, architectures, and security products.
  • Participate in Incident Response and Forensic investigations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products.
  • Define and implement security controls, risk assessment frameworks, and programs that comply with regulatory requirements, ensuring documented and sustainable compliance that aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct security risk assessments of solutions, products, and services using industry-standard threat modeling techniques.
  • Manage security risks within the assigned area according to international industry standards and propose necessary countermeasures.
  • Support the assessment and communication of any identified security risks and non-compliances to Allwyn Entertainment’s policies and standards to stakeholders.
  • Support assigned Group security initiatives by planning, organizing, moderating, and presenting results to the group security community through regular virtual and face-to-face meetings.
  • Provide independent consultancy, security architecture guidance, audit support, and general advisory within Allwyn Security for projects, audits, operations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of security training programs and other security activities to raise security awareness among Allwyn Entertainment HQ employees.
  • Adhere to international ethical standards of security professionals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical University degree or equivalent.
  • Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, MBA, etc.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a security-related position.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, Akamai, Palo Alto, Rapid7), including micro-segmentation, virtualization, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (O365, W365, Windows OS, Linux, Intune, Defender, MS Portal, MIP, DLP, etc.), and potentially Apple endpoint services and ecosystem security.
  • Strong understanding of Security Architecture and Standards (NIST, CIS).
