Investor Relations Manager
Job description:
Support the Head of Investor Relations in managing and enhancing the transparent communication between Allwyn and its credit investors, ensuring that the company’s financial performance, strategy, and market positioning are clearly understood, as well as assisting in transactions to raise new capital. This role involves supporting the production of quarterly financial presentations and the annual report, assisting with the preparation of Q&A and scripts for conference calls and investor meetings, supporting the aggregation of information from across Allwyn’s geographies, preparing presentations for key stakeholders and peer benchmarking, including equity valuation analysis, and assisting in keeping senior management and the Board abreast of key market, competitor and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Support the Head of Investor Relations in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and investor presentations, as well as the annual report.
- Manage timetable and processes for financial reporting including liaising with group finance, and other departments as necessary
- This includes populating financial materials, drafting financial analysis, preparing slides and assisting with the preparation of call scripts.
- Coordinate quarterly earnings calls.
Presentations for key stakeholders
- Support the evolution of Allwyn’s investor materials to reflect the expansion of its footprint, capabilities and enhanced competitive positioning.
- Participation in investor meetings and conference attendance recording details as necessary
Other investor Communications:
- Draft and review other ad-hoc press releases, investor updates, and other communications materials.
- Support the management of relationships with institutional investors and other financial stakeholders, including drafting of responses to Q&A.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor and track competitor financials and equity market valuations.
- Assist in keeping management and the Board abreast of key industry developments and competitor reporting.
- Transaction support:
- Supporting the raising of capital for example through high yield issuance, institutional loans, bank loans, and equity or equity-linked issuance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience - in investor relations, equity research (buy side or sell side), investment banking, or a related field is preferred. ACA or CFA qualification is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of financial statements and investor requirements.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail a completer-finisher mindset
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Strong team player; flexible, proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work at a very high pace and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to initiate build and maintain relationships. Excellent presentation (verbal and written) skills
- Genuine interest in the sector of entertainment, gaming or similar.
